The peacefulness of the beach supports my nonjudgmental and nurturing style, promoting healing and growth so that you can thrive.
I integrate various evidence-based techniques to treat anxiety, grief, depression, panic, worry, sleep difficulties, health-related concerns, relationship problems, and challenges related to life transitions. I focus on ways to overcome your personal challenges, while I hold space and provide practical tools for you to cope with the bigger issues, such as sociopolitical problems and climate change.
I believe self-compassion to be at the heart of emotional healing, and compassion, in general, guides my approach in therapy. I believe that reconnecting with or deepening our interbeing with our natural environment plays an essential role in healing our minds, our hearts, our bodies, and our spirits. I feel grateful for the privilege of getting to know my clients intimately and to witness their growth as they achieve a better balance and live more happily.
My mission is to bring people to the beach and watch them discover their authenticity as we work together, fully immersed in nature. This outdoor therapy experience is an alternative to conventional psychotherapy, accessible to those might benefit from calming their nervous system and expanding their emotional capacity during psychotherapy.
